Yoga
Retreat
A yoga retreat in the South of France that invites you to relax, release, and feel revived. This weekend offers spacious time to be with yourself and with nature, balancing somatic yoga and stillness.
We move gently inward, exploring the felt sense of the body, and outward toward the beauty of the natural world around us — allowing both to support rest, clarity, and renewal.
What we offer
A nourishing blend of Scaravelli and Yin Yoga, woven together with mindfulness to support a deep sense of connection between body and mind. Each day gently unfolds and closes with restorative Yoga Nidra and mindful body scan practices, allowing you to rest, integrate, and settle.
Immersion in nature
Connection is at the heart of the retreat. You’ll be supported to connect inwardly with yourself, as well as outwardly with the natural beauty around you. Time in nature and shared experience within the group become part of the learning, offering insight, reflection, and a sense of belonging.
Expert Facilitation
Claire-Louise brings over 18 years of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness, both in groups and one-to-one settings. Her facilitation is thoughtful and responsive, supporting mind, body, and heart. Participants are gently guided toward feeling both rested and energised — with renewed vitality held within a sense of spacious calm.
Comfort and beauty
Our retreats prioritise comfort, care, and respect, so you can arrive just as you are and fully engage in the experience. We offer a range of beautiful single and twin rooms, and all meals throughout the weekend are lovingly prepared by Jon, with menus tailored to suit your dietary needs.
