A yoga retreat in the South of France that invites you to relax, restore & feel revived. This extended weekend offers you a space to be with your self and with nature. We balance movement and stillness: looking inwards to explore the felt sense of ourselves; looking outwards toward the beautiful nature around us.

What we offer

We offer a combination of Scaravelli and Yin Yoga along with Mindfulness to support you to connect and feel in harmony with your mind and body. Your day will finish with gentle Yoga Nidra and body scan practices.

Immersion in nature

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself. You will be supported to connect inwardly with yourself as well as outwardly with the nature and beauty around you.

Expert Facilitation

Claire-Louise has over 18 years of experience in teaching yoga and mindfulness in groups and individually. The retreat is designed to support mind, body and heart.

Claire-Louise enables participants to feel gently rested and energised, balancing renewed energy with a sense of mindful spaciousness.

Comfort and beauty

Our events prioritize comfort, care, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process. We offer a range of beautiful single and twin rooms. All meals through the weekend are provided by Jon who can tailor the menu to suit your dietary requirements.

How It Works

  • Take a look at our beautiful rooms and decide if you want single or shared option.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • Flights to Toulouse or Carcasonne and then a train or taxi from the airport.

Train to London and Paris and then direct to Foix (our local train station).

Flix Coaches run from the UK via Paris and on to Toulouse.

We can advise on transport, and link participants travelling out at similar times so car/taxi sharing can take place.

  • Just bring clothes, swimming and walking gear, journal and pen. We supply all yoga equipment, bedding and food.

  • "The yoga retreat gave time for quiet practice thoughtfully guided by Claire-Louise in the beautiful space she has created. Each day was planned to give us time to pause and reflect and finally wind down at the end of the day often joined by neighbours from the village."

Delicious  meals were prepared tailored to individual needs with time to relax together or slip quietly away at the end of the day.

    A wonderful and restorative experience.

One afternoon we wandered by a lake and marvelled at the sun on the snow on the mountain peaks.

    Thank you Clare- Louise.
