Le Grenier

Our newly refurbished wellbeing space can accommodate 12 yoga mats plus our instructor. It is 45 meter square and has double doors and a balcony over looking the river and mountains at one end and a wood burner at the other end. This comes fully equipped with mats, bolsters, cushions, eye pillows, blocks and bricks as well as balls for myofascial work. There is a minirig speaker for music as well as a selection of singing bowls and instruments.
