In Person Class - French
Thursdays 18.00 - 19.30
We start the class with a combination of Scaravelli and Yin Yoga exploring a different theme each week. These classes are suitable for all as Claire-Louise can adapt to suit your individual needs.
The class ends with 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra or Mindful Body Scan Practices to support nervous system balancing to allow you to feel revived, refreshed and relaxed.
