The Gentle Unwinding
A retreat for deep rest, renewal and reconnection
A space to slow down, soften and replenish — individually and together. Through gentle movement, restorative practices and time in nature, we make room for deeper rest, a kinder relationship with ourselves and a quieter quality of connection with one another.
As autumn invites the natural world to slow down, turn inward and let go, we are offered an opportunity to do the same.
The Gentle Unwinding is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life and give ourselves time to rest, restore and reconnect.
Through gentle somatic movement, restorative yoga, mindfulness and time in nature, we will explore the art of unwinding: softening habitual patterns of tension, quietening the mind and listening more deeply to the needs of the body.
There will be space to breathe, to be still, to reflect and simply to be — without pressure to achieve, improve or change anything.
As we slow down, we can begin to release some of the things we have been carrying and rediscover a quieter sense of balance, spaciousness and ease.
Whether coming alone or with a partner, this is an opportunity to replenish ourselves, reconnect with what matters and experience the gentle nourishment of being fully present.
A weekend to put down the weight of doing, settle into the moment and allow ourselves to unwind.
What we offer
We offer a combination of Scaravelli and Yin Yoga along with Mindfulness to support you to connect and feel in harmony with your mind and body. Your day will finish with gentle Yoga Nidra and body scan practices.
Immersion in nature
Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.
