Online Class via Zoom

Mondays 18.00 - 19.00 GMT

This is a Scaravelli based yoga class, infused with mindfulness based practices. You will explore how to remain in the present moment during both stillness and while moving. This class supports you to bring fluidity to the spine, spaciousness to the joints and a sense of balance and groundedness to the mind.

Claire-Louise is experienced at giving a variety of adaptations to support different abilities and needs. She weaves in practices for individual needs, so each weekly theme is tailored to the need in the zoom room.

The session is recorded and the recording is sent out to each participant at the end of each session so you can continue to practice outside of the session itself.
